NANS OGUN FORGIVE, BAIL STAINLESS FROM POLICE CUSTODY


The leadership of National Association of Nigeria  Students, Joint Campus Committee, Ogun State ably led by His Excellency, Senior Leader Comrade Olawale Balogun aka Movement has tempered justice with mercy by forgiving and bailled the "most wanted Nans impersonator in ogun", one Falola Hammed known as stainless.

His arrest followed an attack he launched on the leadership of NANS/JCC Ogun at a burial arrangement of our late comrade Akinyemi Oluwaseun who died of chronic typhoid at the state general hospital in Isara, Remo North local government of Ogun state where both the JCC & Zone D executives were almost killed by stainless cohorts.

Stainless was arrested in his abode at Ijagun, Ogun State and was detained at the Nigeria Police Force Area Command, Igbeba, Ijebu, Ogun State and proper arraignment to court was on going until it was withdrawn by the JCC chairman and was allowed bail after several pleads from both his family members, bonafide students, state dignitaries, stainless himself and especially Comrade Olusegun Clement (S. A. Student Matters, Ogun State Government), who took it upon himself to settle the case amicably.

However, the NANS/JCC Ogun wish to categorically without fear warns impersonators in the association to forget Ogun State, as whoever ox is gored in this regard will not be spared but will suffer greatly for this devilish and shameful act.

Also, Stainless signed an agreement  and undertaking with the Nigeria Police Force, Igbeba, Area Command, Ijebu, Ogun State in presence of a lawyer stating he will never in his life again impersonate or cause trouble in the association and will never wreck havoc or disturb the peace of the state again.

In same vein, though the 1999 constitution of Nigeria (as amended) allowed freedom of information but defamatory utterances will not be tolerated and whoever caught in this act will be dealt with.

We appreciate the support from our students for believing in our leadership while we wish to reinstate our commitment not to fail you and will ensure your welfare and rights are not infringed upon by nuisances and rogues.

Meanwhile, stainless should loose the bondages around his leg and neck and the suffering he subjected himself to, to attract sympathy from the public before his cohorts begins using him for scope.
